Alpha is a State of the Art Commercial Gym located in Grange, Cork, with top of the range equipment.

We offer a range of services including flexible gym memberships, personal training, HYROX training, and over 20 weekly classes designed to suit all fitness levels.

Alpha is more than just a place to train—it's a community. Built on support, consistency, and shared progress, we're here to help you push forward, whatever your goals.

    You may have seen the craze of HYROX, but have you tried a HYROX Session? Come give our most popular class a shot!

    Get sweaty with us bright and early with a 45 minute total body workout. We have changing rooms so no excuses pals!
